TAPPING UNSTUCK
Disclaimer and Tapping Safely

Please do not attempt to work through deep trauma or intense emotional triggers on your own.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or emotionally flooded, I strongly encourage you to reach out to a licensed professional or an experienced EFT practitioner trained to support you safely. Look for professionals skilled in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or EMDR for the most aligned support—I recommend searching platforms like Psychology Today and filtering by modality.

You’re never meant to navigate this alone.

If you need help finding the right practitioner, you’re welcome to reach out—I can connect you with one of the advanced EFT practitioners I trust and have personally trained.

Please remember: the resources, tapping sessions, audios, and videos provided inside this portal are supportive tools. They are not a substitute for personalized care from a licensed mental health professional.

My intention is that this space serves as a supportive bridge—to help you regulate, reset, and build emotional resilience between sessions with your practitioner, not in place of them.
