We offer a variety of wellness and emotional support services, including but not limited to, tapping toolkits, weekly group tapping, one-on-one private sessions, and 15-minute discovery calls. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.
USER ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.
PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of booking a session or purchasing a toolkit. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by TAPPING UNSTUCK, including but not limited to tapping guides, toolkits, written content, graphics, and session resources, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes personal details, session notes, wellness strategies, and other proprietary information not publicly known.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TAPPING UNSTUCK will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold TAPPING UNSTUCK harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
