Because this single originated from my nervous system/chronic illness tap set, it involves a more gentle tapping approach than other sets do. The first video is to grab and use on the spot when feelings triggered, and especially good for the chronically ill who just feel too weak. This will begin to help silence the “noise” on the spot. The second video does use tapping, but is very gentle. This will support you in beginning to get curious about where your triggers may have originated from so that we can begin to get to the root and pull it!
Covid season is a pretty great example for most of us when it comes to being triggered. There were sO many inconveniences happening in all facets of life, on top of NORMAL hard life. I lost my dad, moved onto 3 acres of a fixer-upper and our son ran away all in the matter of weeks. Then, VERY loud construction began down the road. I KNEW I had to do my part, for me, to silence what I could or else I might go crazy. I walked to the construction site and listened to the horrible beeping and screeching sounds while I tapped and breathed. Within a few minutes the noise fell to the background for me and I walked home. It’s been over 3 years and as I type this, I can hear beeping, but it’s not even phasing me. AT ALL. I am proof that using this tool WHILE triggered, can get your nervous system back on track so you can think clearly again.
