HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT
This isn't a tapping program.
Most women meet tapping in one of three ways — as first aid in a hard moment, in private sessions focused on what feels loudest that day, or through use of guided videos for temporary relief. All tapping is valuable. This is different.
You're invited to embark upon something so much more than just tapping. This is a guided body process of releasing survival rules your body learned long ago —

Instead of chasing today's stress, we'll follow your body's own timeline. This is a structured body-led process that moves in the order your body first stored things away, which is the order required to release them properly. Together, we'll gently uncover and let go of the survival rules, old emotional imprints and the quiet beliefs your body is still carrying & behaving from.
This is not to revisit the past, but to stop living from it.
